Delivery Guarantee: All orders are guaranteed to be delivered within 72 hours of purchase. If your order has not been delivered within this window, you are automatically eligible for a full refund.

Refund Eligibility: Orders are only eligible for a refund if they have not been delivered and the 72-hour delivery window has passed. If your order is still within the 72-hour delivery window, it is not eligible for a refund.

Non-Returnable Items: Due to the nature of our services, all delivered items are final sale. Once an order has been delivered, it is not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 3–7 business days after your request is received. Please keep in mind that it may take additional time for the funds to appear on your payment method, depending on your bank or card provider.

Policy Abuse: To protect the integrity of our service, we reserve the right to decline refund requests if there are signs of abuse or misuse of our refund policy.
